Energy Wheel is an immersion of sounds that tickle the mind and offer the body total relaxation. This unique sound bath combines ancient sound healing instruments with experimental electronic and synth music.

Event attendees choose to either sit down to meditate or lay down with an eye mask on yoga mats as they are immersed in sound and vibration. Guests, especially those laying down, experience a deep state of relaxation response and shifts in brain wave activity. These have many therapeutic and healing benefits proven by research as well as promote creativity and critical thinking.

Join us after the event for tea and connection.

Each attendee is required to bring a yoga mat or meditation cushion and encouraged to bring the following:

– A pillow

– A blanket

– Knee pillow or bolster

– An eye mask

– Water

Arriving to the venue on time is very appreciated as it allows for less background noise during the immersive sound event. Once you arrive, please remove your shoes in the front area before entering the space.
